Damien Harris, Gunner Olszewski remain injury concerns for Patriots ahead of Thursday night game
While neither the Patriots nor the Falcons actually practiced Monday, both teams sent out injury reports ahead of Thursday night’s game.
For the Patriots, of note, running back Damien Harris, wide receiver Gunner Olszewski and linebacker Josh Uche would have been non-participants in practice if it had occurred Monday.
Harris and Olszewski, who are both in concussion protocol, missed Sunday’s 45-7 win over the Browns. Uche played in the game, and was listed with an ankle injury.
As for the Falcons, their all-everything offensive specialist Cordarrelle Patterson, who has performed as a running back, receiver and returner for Atlanta, would have been limited with an ankle injury. So the former Patriot’s status also bears watching.
This season, Patterson has totaled 776 yards and seven touchdowns from scrimmage.
In other news, TE Matt LaCosse and DE Dashawn Bower have flipped back to the practice squad.
