  • Large venues including indoor and outdoor stadiums, arenas and ballparks can increase to 25% capacity
  • Amusement parks, theme parks and outdoor water parks move to 50% capacity
  • Road races, outdoor organized amateur or professional sporting events can take place with staggered starts
  • Most youth and adult amateur sports tournaments resume
  • Singing allowed indoors with strict distancing requirements at performance venues, restaurants, event venues and other businesses
  • Retailers no long required to maintain special hours for seniors

May 29

  • Gathering limits increase to 200 people indoors and 250 outdoors for event venues, public settings and private settings
  • Street festivals, parades and agricultural festivals allowed 50% capacity
  • Bars, beer gardens, breweries, wineries and distilleries can reopen for seated service only with a 90-minute limit and no dance floors
  • Restaurant no longer required to serve food with alcohol, table-size maximum increases to 10

Aug. 1

  • All industry restrictions will be lifted and capacity will increase to 100% for all industries
  • Night clubs can reopen
  • Gathering limits rescinded
  • Dance clubs and nightclubs can open
  • Saunas, hot tubs and steam rooms at fitness centers, health clubs and other facilities can open
