Jason Hall rushed for 253 yards and four touchdowns as Durfee (2-1) handled Dartmouth 28-7 in the Southeast Conference.

Joseph Tilton’s 6-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter was the game’s only score as Amesbury defeated Manchester Essex 8-0, in the Cape Ann League. … Brian Heffernan tossed a pair of touchdowns to John Jennings to lift North Reading (2-1) over Hamilton-Wenham 21-7.

Jakob Flores had 200 yards of total offense and three touchdowns (two rushing, one passing) as Lowell Catholic stifled Nashoba Tech 32-0 in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference. … Chris Disciscio threw a pair of touchdown passes to Tim Annino as Shawsheen defeated Greater Lowell 13-7 to capture the Collins Cup.

In the Middlesex League, Stephen Smolinsky scored the lone touchdown and kicked a field goal to lead Wilmington (2-0) past Wakefield 9-2. … Brendan Fennell threw three touchdowns and ran for a fourth as Melrose (1-1) rolled to a 49-7 victory over Watertown. … James Murphy completed 13-of-18 psses for 324 yards and three touchdowns, while Dan DiMare had four catches for 141 yards as Reading (2-0) rolled to a 35-7 win over Woburn.

In the Dual County League, Riley O’Connell completed 14-of-24 passes for 276 yards and three touchdowns as Lincoln-Sudbury (3-0) pulled away from Westford Academy in the second half, 42-14. Nolan O’Brien caught six passes for 130 yards and a touchdown, while adding a punt return for a second score.

Sean Harrington rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns, while Tyler Cooley registered 11 tackles and added a TD run as Archbishop Williams (2-1) defeated St. Mary’s 29-22 in the Catholic Central League. … Nick Yanchuk rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries as Bishop Feehan (1-1) beat Austin Prep 31-14.
