Quarterback Scott Brown scored on a game-winning 43-yard touchdown run on the final play to give Andover (5-2) a 19-14 victory over Lowell in the Merrimack Valley Conference Large.

TJ Casey picked off two passes and returned them for scores as Medfield (4-3) topped Westwood, 26-13, in a Tri-Valley League Large matchup.

Jeff Hill caught seven passes for 207 yards and four touchdowns as Lynn Classical (4-3) cruised to a 43-0 win over Saugus in the Northeastern Conference South.

Peter Cleary threw for 332 yards and two scores as Pentucket (6-1) handed North Reading its first loss, 28-0, in the Cape Ann League Kinney.

In a South Coast Conference crossover, Heiser Cacho and Ethan Almeida both rushed for a pair of touchdowns to lead Greater New Bedford (4-3) to a 35-13 victory over previously unbeaten Case.

Casey and Jackson Phinney each scored twice as Noble & Greenough (4-2)  defeated Thayer Academy, 35-7, in the ISL-10. … Quarterback Cole Cleary was 12-for-18 for 222 yards and three touchdowns while Liam Connor drilled a 49-yard field goal and was a perfect three-for-three in extra points as Middlesex (3-2-1) defeated Tabor Academy, 31-14.
