Kevin Perez scored three goals as St. Mary’s defeated Arlington Catholic, 3-1, in the Catholic Central Large.

Christopher Velaya notched the game-clinching goal in the 78th minute, as Lynn Classical (11-1-2) stunned Salem, 2-1, in the Northeastern Conference.

Ethan Lopes and Nicholas McMahon each tallied two goals apiece, and Colby Campos added two assists as Case blanked Atlantis Charter, 4-0, in a nonleague contest. … Enrico Nuttoli buried a pair of goals, helping Greater Lowell to a 3-1 victory over crosstown foe, Lowell Catholic.

Pedro Araujo scored twice as Milford handled Attleboro, 4-1, in the Hockomock League.

Jacob Calka played well as a distributor for Beaver Country Day (7-1), assisting on three goals and scoring one of his own for a 6-0 win over Portsmouth Abbey in the Independent School League.

Berkeley Adamowicz netted the game-winning goal and Sarah Beachman scored two goals as Sutton edged Holy Name, 3-2, in a nonleague game. … A late first-half goal from Megan Putvinski was the difference for Holliston (11-0-1) in a 1-0 shutout of Concord-Carlisle. … Behind a game-winning goal from Carter King, Ipswich defeated Essex Tech, 2-1.

In Dual County League action, freshman Bria Abbiati and junior Rachel Shepard each scored for Newton South (10-2-1) in a 2-0 victory over Cambridge.

Bridget Shaw notched a pair of goals for Norwell (8-2-2) in a tournament qualifying 4-1 win over South Shore League opponent Cohasset.

Jenna Lowd scored twice as Danvers rallied to forge a 3-3 tie with North Andover in a nonleague contest. … Senior captain Cailyn Wesley netted two goals and added an assist, propelling Bishop Fenwick (11-1) past Marblehead, 4-0. … Izzy Friedell and Caity O’Connell scored to give Dover-Sherborn a 2-1 win over Natick. … Two goals and two assists from Sydney Scales lifted Walpole (10-0-1) to a 6-2 win over Franklin.

In Middlesex League action, senior captain Issy Brissette scored all three goals for Winchester (10-2) in a 3-0 victory over Reading. … Lizzie Loftus provided both goals for Watertown (12-1) during a 2-1 victory over Wakefield.

Maddie DiPietro scored twice as Central Catholic (5-2-4) a 4-1 over Methuen in the Merrimack Valley Conference.

VOLLEYBALL

Breann Cleary registered 14 kills and 10 digs as Boston Latin handed Lincoln-Sudbury its first loss, 3-0, in the Dual County League. … Sophomore Corinne Herr stepped up big for Concord-Carlisle (11-1), recording 10 kills and four aces to lift it past fierce rival Acton-Boxboro for a 3-1 win and the first game in four years between the two that didn’t go all five sets.

Sydney Yim’s 10 kills and seven aces guided Newburyport to a 3-0 sweep of Pentucket in the Cape Ann League.

Jordan Soufy and Amy Nickerson combined for 45 digs, and Vanessa Costa finished with 21 assists to carry Dighton-Rehoboth by Seekonk, 3-2 in a wild South Coast Conference tilt.

Angie Grabmeier dished out 17 assists and served five aces to help lead Hopkinton (13-0) to a 3-0 Tri-Valley League win over Medway.
