Kowloon Restaurant is selling sweet Nikes for $500: ‘Hand painted collector’s item!’
Ordering a Pu Pu Platter at Kowloon Restaurant? You now have the chance to add a sneaker to that delicious order of spare ribs and chicken wings.
The legendary Saugus establishment is selling limited-edition “Kowloon Nike Sneakers” for about $500.
“Now available! Limited Edition Kowloon Sneakers!” the restaurant tweeted on Sunday. “In partnership with local artist ‘Sway from blueswaydshoes.’
“Hand painted collector’s item!” Kowloon added. “Only 100 will be produced of this First Inaugural Design!”
The sneakers are Nike Air Force 1’s.
The Nikes are going for a total of $514.95 — breaking down to $495 for the sneaker and $19.95 for shipping and handling within the continental U.S.
It will take about four weeks for the sneakers to get delivered.
Those who are interested in buying the “Kowloon Nike Sneaker” can order online under the restaurant’s tab “Kowloon Entertainments & Limited Edition Merch.” People can also call the restaurant at 781-233-0077.
