Patriots LB Chase Winovich returns to practice Thursday, Damien Harris out again

Patriots running backs Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson remain in concussion protocol and missed a second straight practice Thursday, according to reports.

Linebacker Jamie Collins (ankle) and wide receiver Gunner Olszewski (concussion) also missed practice after sitting out Wednesday.

On the field, outside linebacker Chase Winovich participated in his first practice since injuring his hamstring last month in a Week 6 loss to the Cowboys.

Winovich must be activated off injured reserve within the next three weeks, or he will revert to IR for the rest of the season. He is the second player to be designated to return this week, after offensive tackle Trent Brown (calf) returned to practice Wednesday. The Patriots will release their latest injury report Thursday evening.
