Jaylen Brown tests positive for COVID-19
The Celtics will be without Jaylen Brown for an unspecified amount of time after the Celtics guard tested positive for COVID-19 today.
The team reports that Brown is asymptomatic and in quarantine. He will likely miss the rest of the exhibition season, including against Toronto tomorrow night in the Garden. The team also has two exhibition games next week, Wednesday in Orlando and next Friday in Miami. The team leaves on that trip Monday.
NBA rules require that a player remain in quarantine for 10 days following a positive test.
