The Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition-free, public charter school that serves students in kindergarten through high school. Located in a new, state-of-the-art building that meets COVID-19 ventilation standards, Collegiate delivers a high-quality education in a safe and nurturing environment and effectively prepares students to achieve success on MCAS exams, in college, and later on in life.

As a member of the global SABIS Network, Collegiate follows a proven educational system that uses the latest in technology to enhance students’ learning experience, improve their academic performance, and challenge the boundaries of traditional learning environments. Collegiate students achieve outstanding MCAS results and have the opportunity to develop important life skills through numerous engagement opportunities for students.

Despite the current pandemic and the changes it brought to the traditional education environment, the learning has never stopped for Collegiate students thanks to effective E-learning solutions used by a highly dedicated faculty and staff, engaging teaching methodologies, and a structured learning environment by onsite or online.

Since the start of the 2020-2021 school year, Collegiate has adopted a hybrid model for teaching and learning. This model allows families to choose the model that works best for them — on site or remote learning. While students are learning on campus, instruction is live-streamed from the classroom to students learning at home on school-provided devices. All students take regular assessments on devices and have access to academic support whenever they need it.
