Below are 3,000-plus pages cleared for release by the Bay State’s Superior Court, documents which detail the process which led up to the official removal of former Cannabis Control Commission Chair Shannon O’Brien.
O’Brien was removed from her post by State Treasurer Deb Goldberg in 2023 amid allegations of discriminatory behavior.
O’Brien has denied those allegations, and her attorneys believe the proof of her innocence is contained within these documents.
The Treasurer’s office declined an opportunity to offer a comment on the files.
