Ticker: Andruzzi Foundation Raises $850,000; Ninety Nine Restaurants to honor vets
The 15th Annual Joe Andruzzi Foundation Gala on Thursday in the Putnam Club at Gillette Stadium raised $850,000 to help New England-based cancer patients and their families.
“We are so proud of what we have accomplished throughout New England in the last 15 years,” said Joe Andruzzi, co-founder and former New England Patriot.
In 2021, more than $1 million was distributed in direct assistance to help 3,762 individuals with financial assistance to pay for housing, transportation, utilities, food, insurance, and other household expenses. Since 2008, the Joe Andruzzi Foundation has been able to grant over $9 million in support to thousands of cancer patients and their families across New England.
99 Restaurants honor vets
Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub announced that all 101 Ninety Nine Restaurants across New England and upstate New York will welcome veterans and active duty military as special guests on Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., to receive a FREE entrée from the Veterans Day menu (with the purchase of another entrée). Available for dine-in only.
Help line for mental health
The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP) has been selected to as the exclusive clinical provider for the Behavioral Health Help Line.
