C.J. Moriconi’s 1-yard TD run in the second overtime gave Northeast (2-2) an 18-12 victory over Greater Lowell in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference. The team were tied after 6 after regulation, then Northeast took a 12-6 lead in the first overtime on Steve Donnelly 7-yard TD run, but Greater Lowell evened the score on a 10-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Bracetty to Steven Perrin.

Chris Milmone ran for one score and threw for another as Belmont Hill (1-1) defeated Roxbury Latin, 21-14, in the Independent School League. … Matt Morris ran for four scores as Rivers (1-1) defeated Tabor, 47-34. … Louis-David Pouliot threw three touchdown passes as St. George’s (1-1) coasted to a 34-6 win over Thayer Academy.

Aidan Driscoll ran for a pair of touchdowns in the fourth quarter as Austin Prep (1-3) pulled away from Cardinal Spellman 28-7 in the Catholic Conference. … Cameron Burns rushed for three scores as Bishop Feehan (3-1) handed Archbishop Williams, 35-7.

Nick Levine completed 8-of-15 passes for 74 yards and a score, while rushing for 65 yards and a second score as Southeastern (1-2) beat Tri-County 18-0 in the Mayflower Athletic Conference.

Dylan Pierce completed 9-of-11 passes for 226 yards and four touchdowns as Hingham (3-1) coasted to a 35-0 win over Whitman-Hanson in Patriot League Keenan play. Jonathan St. Ange was the top target as he caught five passes for 157 yards and two scores.

In the Tri-Valley League, Luke Frauton completed 12-of-13 passes for 125 yards and three scores as Medway (3-1) handled Westwood, 42-7. Matt Childs ran for 83 yards and two scores, while adding a TD reception for the Mustangs.

Jack Finnegan’s game-winning 19-yard field goal on the final play gave Milton (3-1) a 10-7 win over Walpole in the Bay State Conference.

Jack Marani ran for three scores as Marshfield (3-1) defeated LaSalle (RI), 36-21, in a nonleague contest. … Damon Taylor completed 6-of-9 passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for 42 yards and a third score as Natick (3-1) defeated Brockton 35-27. Jake Adelmann was a special teams star for the Redhawks as he blocked a punt as well as an extra point to go along with 150 all-purpose yards and a touchdown. … Dylan Gordon ran for three touchdowns and caught a fourth as Foxboro (3-1) rolled to a 47-12 victory over Hopkinton.

Cadence Chase ran for three scores as Fairhaven (2-2) defeated Sharon 42-14. … Will Kelly threw for 142 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for 119 yards and a second score as Dartmouth (4-0) defeated Apponequet, 16-13. …Cadence Chase ran for 190 yards and three touchdowns on 17 carries as Fairhaven (2-2) defeated Sharon, 42-10. … Nick Almeida rushed for 138 yards and three touchdowns as Millis (3-1) rolled to a 49-0 win over Case.

Nate Razza threw a touchdown pass to Joey LeClerc and Will DeLuca ran for the other as West Bridgewater (3-1) defeated Nantucket, 14-6.
